This week on the Just Believe Podcast, Herbie Mack celebrates four years of sobriety. He shares his struggle with alcohol and shares tips that helped him along his journey to sobriety. Alcohol reduces inhibitions and affects decision-making, making decisions while drinking that we would not usually make sober. 71.4% of alcohol-related deaths occur in men. Excessive drinking kills 3,504 Americans under 21 each year; 77.5% are male. 34.7% of people who die from alcohol are between 50 and 64 years old. Please drink responsibly.

James received his Bachelors of Psychology from the Xavier University of Louisiana and a Masters in clinical counseling from Mount St Mary’s College, which helped enhance his knowledge and skillset a set. James is a speaker, mentor, author, teacher, community organizer, and a great human being.
How did becoming a yoga instructor change my life?
Becoming a yoga instructor will change your life; you will start to notice things about your body you never noticed before. Even better, you will experience a new appreciation and acceptance of your body and what it can do. Yoga helps us connect with our strengths and to recognize our limitations. Teacher training helps; you see the power and ability.
