Gillian describes Abby as a beautiful 15-year-old girl who took her life due to her battle with clinical depression. This tragedy inspired Gillian to become an advocate for youth and young adult mental health and suicide prevention.

He was broke, bankrupt, addicted, lost, miserable, resigned from a 19-year career as a Firefighter/ Paramedic with no backup plan, created turmoil for his friends and family, and wound up nearly dead. He now describes himself as alive, thriving, loving life, successful, happy, fulfilled, and grateful! Hear how he went from the rock bottom of addiction, destruction, and negativity to a life that is much more rewarding, positive, and fulfilling than he could have ever imagined!
